Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ph2com Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph2com employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ph2com reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, void all pending Wagers, and forfeit all Bonus balances without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. ph2com is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph2com strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ph2com immediately via the support channels listed in Section 16.
ph2com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ph2com is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) ph2com has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) the Player has not logged in for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
ph2com is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires Players to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
ph2com reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with ph2com's Privacy Policy.
ph2com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
